In case you would like to return an item please note the following return policy:
In the rare case you don't like what you ordered:
As long as the product is unopened and still in its original condition and packaging you can return within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please send us an email to Lisa@hutchputch.de
We will share with you the address to return the item.
Once the product has been evaluated and it’s eligible for return, we will issue a payment to return your money. Please note that a fee of 35 AED will be deducted from your order total for this service.
In the rare case of a sub-optimal quality:
If you have a complaint about our product, please send us an email with your order details, along with pictures and videos of the item showing the fault within 7 days of purchase to Lisa@hutchputch.de
We will arrange a courier pick up from your location. You must repack the item in the same original box it was delivered in. Upon receipt, we will refund your money or send you a new item.
In the rare case of returns outside of UAE:
Please note that we cannot offer free returns for products from outside the UAE currently.
Send us an email to Lisa@hutchputch.de or contact us via What's App to access and discuss whether your items are eligible for return. If agreed we will organize a courier to collect the items.
After receiving and inspection of the item at our head office in the UAE, we will issue a voucher for you.
Please note that we are not able to return any cost in shipping and customs for the item to be returned.
